Expense is purchase. If revenue is given in advance then
Dr. Bank
Cr. Deferred revenue
But if the revenue is givem on credit basis
Dr. Receivales/debtor
Cr. Sales account.
If they paid cash
Dr. Bank
Cr. Sales
