Unable to file gstr 1

Funny fact that few of my customers have alredy filed and there bills can be found on GSTR2. I don't know how they submitted!!

As far as the tax liability is concered we have already paid the same in GSTR 3B.

Earlier it was working but for some reason GSTN has disabled it. However, it will soon be activated again as informed by GST HELPDESK through mail.

I also face the same problem. but i can seen one purchase entry in my GSTR2. so how they submit GSTR 1
