I have uploaded the invoices for the month of July 2017 on gst portal, now I want to file GSTR 1 return but the option to agree to declartion that information is correct is greyed out. (see attached file).
Has govt not started the facility to file GSTR 1 ?
Same is the case with GSTR 3
Please inform if any body else is facing the problem or how it can be resolved.

You Can upload your details and save these...But at present you can not submit ... Submision option is now blocked by GST authority

I have already paid the GST, and now just wanted to file returns.
But as other members are suggesting it is still not activated from govt side,
Please use the offline utility. Its working. I have been able to file GSTR 1 from offline utility today.
Not working for me too. So may be disabled currently. In case works for any , please aleart

It's not working through offline utility, only invoices get uploaded, but you can't file GSTR 1 return.
If you were able to file return, please inform

We are also facing the same problem.Submit button not working yet. If any one have solved the problem please share the same.

same thing is happening with GSTR3B now, i can save the filled-details BUT cannot submit/acknowledge/e-sign (buttons are greyed-out for gstr3b also)
