Two Day National Workshop on “Diligence Report for Banks”  

(Non Residential)

Friday &  Saturday, 19th & 20th June,2009 * Jaipur

Introduction

The Reserve Bank of India advised all the scheduled commercial Banks (excluding Regional Rural Banks and Local Area Banks) and all Primary Urban Cooperative Banks to obtain regular certification (DILIGENCE REPORT) by a professional, preferably a Company Secretary, regarding compliance of various statutory prescripttions.

In accordance with the decision of the Council, as a part of capacity-building efforts, nationwide training workshops are being organised by the ICSI. The ICSI is also maintaining a list of those Company Secretaries in Practice having post-membership experience of  five years and who have attended such training workshops which may be used by the  banks for assigning diligence reporting task to Practicing Company Secretary.

ICSI-Jaipur Chapter & ICSI–CCRT are jointly organising two Day National Workshop on “Diligence Report for Banks” to familiarize the Members with the intricacies and responsibilities in issuing the Diligence Report.

Rs. 2,500.00 per person for Members of ICSI (to cover the cost of Backgrounder worth Rs.499/-, Tea Lunch & other organisational expenses.)
