sir i am student and earn 8-9 thousand per month by giving Tution and saving account interest RS 6000 this year so i want to know which itr form return i have to file. i check on internet but there is no proper clarification . some people say other sources in ITR 2 and some say ItR 4 in business & profession

yes, u can choose to file return whichever is beneficial to u
In ITR -4 u can show the income at minimum of 6%if tuition fee is received in bank & 8% if other than cash.
In ITR-3, u can claim the expenses.There is no limit.
ITR-2 is not for those who is earning income from business or profession
