hi buddies please tell if my principle doesn't pay my stipend as prescribed by institute than can i take transfer on that ground. my principle paid my stipend by a lumpsum amount chaque once only. can he make any harm in my future. please help.

no it will not make harm 2 u.....
nothing will happen. ICAI will not allow to get transfer for this reason.
