Profession:  Part time lecturing in igher education

Income around Rs 5,00,000 per annum

TDS deducted under 194J on all payments received from the colleges

Do not qualify as specified profession for presumptive income under 44ADA

Can i file returns using iTR 3?

Do i need to mantain mandatory books of accounts?
