i heard that once again institute is going to change the rules regarding articleship tranfer so that whatever notification came in the month of march will be removed and students can take up transfer easily as earlier , is it true????

even i heard that articleship transfer will be allowed and maximum 2 transfers i.e. a article can work under maximum 3 firms in the whole articleship period and the march circular will be removed but there is no confirmation of the same.
if sumbody has any news plz post it here.
