Yes, yuo are right but i gave it less rating becasue its only from exam point of view. If I have to rate for exams then it will be at 5 rating.

I dont think you should go for anything else now. yuou are referrinf enough. In Incom Tax your concepts should have clear. Practice does not matter until you are clear on concepts. Amendmends also play a major part of marking from exam poin of view.

If yu are referring something already then it will not be wise to change the whole again and refer new unless you are not at all comfirtable with the book you are referring currently.

" Dear Prakashji, I will be appearing for CS-final(Old Syll.) for Group 2 and 3 in Dec'09(having qualified Group-1 in June'09). The Dir-Indir.Taxes subject is quite time consuming in preparation. Though I have gone through once and a revision later, I still feel that might be missing some portion. I concentrate on case laws in both Dir/Indir. TL.  At Inter-level(now-a-days Exec.Level of CS) I studied VK Singhania's Students Guide to IT. For CS-Finals Dir.Tax subject, I solely depend on the study material provided by the ICSI.  For Indir-TL I have gone thru the book of Mr Vaitheeswaran (SG on Indir-Taxes) which is very lucid and exam-oriented with latest case laws and amendments.
Do you think that I shall refer any further material ? Kindly advise.
