Dear Prakashji, I will be appearing for CS-final(Old Syll.) for Group 2 and 3 in Dec'09(having qualified Group-1 in June'09). The Dir-Indir.Taxes subject is quite time consuming in preparation. Though I have gone through once and a revision later, I still feel that might be missing some portion. I concentrate on case laws in both Dir/Indir. TL. At Inter-level(now-a-days Exec.Level of CS) I studied VK Singhania's Students Guide to IT. For CS-Finals Dir.Tax subject, I solely depend on the study material provided by the ICSI. For Indir-TL I have gone thru the book of Mr Vaitheeswaran (SG on Indir-Taxes) which is very lucid and exam-oriented with latest case laws and amendments.
Do you think that I shall refer any further material ? Kindly advise.
