If the guy or gal who solves this puzzle, works hard and follows the smart strategies I said and if there is no unlucky incident which happens before the exam, he or she would get a rank.

Hints:
1.What do I mean by UKG guy? How old is a UKG student? What relevance does it have to my age?
2. What do I mean this plus a year?
3. What is a "Fishy" month?
If you can't solve even after these hints, then I will reveal the answer and you will say, "Ah that was simple".Everything in life looks easy in the hindsight but the one who solves it during or even before the "riddle" sets in finds success.The rest come to know of the "answers" as a hindsight.It takes realintelligence to have foresight.
