On which amount tds will be deduct only basic amount and after CGST & SCST.

CBDT has clarified that TDS will be deducted on the basic amount ie, excl GST.

You ll deduct TDS for the SECURITY CHARGES..... Don't calculate the tax value.....

No more Changes in TDS....
If the bill is
Security Charges Rs. 100000
CGST 9% Rs. 9000
SCGST 9% Rs. 9000 Total = Rs. 118000
You can deduct TDS for the amount of Rs. 100000
