hi,

i would like to ask whether synchronisation done for tally erp 9 amounts to technical services & thus liable for tds under sec 194j........

if it is done by the person providing AMC services den 194C and it it is done altogether by a new source then 194J

Synchronisation is separate from normal routine maintenance, hence would attract 194J
