Is there any way for a Super Senior Citizen to claim TDS deducted as refund for AY 2015-16 to AY 2019-20 if return filing have been missed and no option to file ITR now.

File condonation request to file missed return u/s. 119(2)(b). Get the permission to file return from Jurisdiction JCIT.
If permission granted, you can claim refund by filing those returns.
