I have query in tds deduction
incase IAM deducting TDS in vendor bill
ex: threshold limit for section 194c contract 100000 per annum.. vendor issued 10bill for the year but total value of bill is 98000 only which we received throughout the year anyhow I deducted tds in all bill
is it possible vendor to get refund tds amount?

yes he will receive the tds refund/credit subject to proper filling of tds return by you

When you deduct TDS and file E-TDS and mentioned his correct PAN No. The amounts automatically reflects in his Form 16A and that amount can be recovered by him if he files Income Tax return.
