Whether employer shall deduct tax at source on gross?
or the employer has an option to keep a declaration that the allowances are fully utilised for official work?

| Washing Allowance | To the extent of the allowance is utilised for the purpose of maintainance of uniform for wear during the performance of duties of an office |
He has to gather the supportings for deducting this allowances from Gross Salary.

You mean to say if we have to make washing allowance as a part of CTC ,it is compulsory to have Uniform system in office
