What are the consequence if TDS is not deducted by employer while making payment of salary but employee has paid advance tax on his income.

Sir,
If the employee's income is taxable and the employer is not deducting tax then, it is good for the employee if he is paying advance tax. And if, income is not taxable then the advance tax paid by him can be refunded to him.
