Can any one clarify me about applicability of TDS on freight charges paid by logistics agent.What i heard is TDS is not required to be deducted on Ocean freight and pure reimbursement expenses.But if the client bills the customer at a margin ( i.e. cost + % ) on actual freight paid.I am not sure with the TDS applicability.Can any one clarify me in this aspect..
