My client is a NGO and receives grants and carry out social welfare activities. They also print books. Now they have purchased paper in bulk costing rs 5,00,000, so whether there is need for deducting tds pls advise??

If printing charges has been charged in bill seperatly, You can deduct TDS for that printing charges only otherwise tds is not applicable.
