TDs Limits Rs.50,000/- specified for one year only ,

In previous year the limit is crossed, but in current the projected tranction is less than Rs.50,000/- No need to deduct tds till the time crossing the limit.

Once the limit is crossed tds to be deducted for whole amount inculding the limit of Rs.50000/-

Sefer to deduct from the begining itself

The limit stood enhanced to Rs. 75,000/- from Rs. 50,000/- wef 01.07.2010.

 

You are neither required to deduct nor authorised to deduct tds unless the amount of single transaction exceed Rs. 30,000(wef 01.07.10) or the aggregate of transactions exceed Rs. 75,000/- during the year.

if we anticipate a considerable transaction with the client always better to deduct tds from the beginning ... it is not going to create any problem
