If we have deducted TDS from the contractual bill and deposited in govt acct.
Subsequently we credited that invoice without payment in our ledger.
what would the impact on supplier for the TDS which we have deducted and deposited in Govt act.?

the deductor has to just deduct tax pay it to govt and provide the tds certificate to the supplier. you need not worry on suppliers part.
