My query is how to calculate TDS on Salary income???

Refer section 192 of IT Act 1961.

you have to estimated calculate about salary. if the salary is over the exempt limit then you should calculate tax as per his/ her tax salab rate. the tax will be divided by 12. and each month you have to deducted tax and deposited the tax in government account. after the q-3 you have caluculate deduction detail also.
