an assesse is in reciept of demand notice from tds dept for payment of demand of rs 5000/-,assesse paid the same amt.
again he received the same demand notice for same amt for same qtr and for same reason, and by mistake assesse paid same amt again.
so my qus is Is the assesse can claim refund of same amt which have been paid twice by him.or any other option to use the amount paid by the assesse twice a time
