An corporate assessee is paying monthly rent of Rs. 150000/- on that he is deducting TDS . The landlord is sending two separate bills, one for rent bill and one for maintenance bill . Assessee is paying monthly Common Area Maintenance charges of Rs.3000/- p.m. Will maintenance charges subject to TDS or not..?
