As per provisions TDS will be applicable at the time of credit or payment whichever is earlier. So in case of credit vendor where expenses are accounted before making payment, then TDS will be applicable at that time even though payment is made afterwords.

Download the justification report to view the outstanding demand which will also contains the amount of late filing fees U/s 234.
Use ITNS 281 Challan for payment.
At the time of filing of correction statement by downloading the conso file, you have to tag in the column Fees the respective challan.

Taxes and other related sum will be paid online, provided assessee will have net banking.
