Download the consolidated FVU file using your user id and password.

Use that file to make necessary amendments and then upload the newly generated FVU file.

but how please give me setp by step details. but today nsdl site is not open

First you are required to create a user id on tin-nsdl.com to  get access on your Tan A/c...

Then you have to download that particular FVU file from Nsdl after making request...........

Then need to create changes in that FVU file through Tin -return preparation utility or Your TDS software.........

After that you can file correction return....................................

Query for TDS on Interest

A Company has taken over the liability of other Company in consideration of advance lease rental to operate the plant for next 30 years.

In this case Liability includes the Term Loan from Banks. From the Lease period, lessor company is required to pay the interest directly to the bank. Whether TDS is applicable.

Whenever lessor is paying off the liabilities took over, TDS is paid u/s 194I (being lease rental).
