Is super annuation is chargeable to tax in case of Voluntory Retirement (Other than VRS declred by bank) for a employee of bank?

Your query is not clear..please explain the descripttion of amount received on Voluntary Retirement..like Gratuity, PF ,etc.
Any amount other than PF & Gratuity will be taxable if it is not as per the scheme notified by Central Government..

question is not clear
any amount received on superannuation will be taxable but exeption under section 89(1) can be claim
