Tax refund for 1 cr company bonus

Being a senior employee in my company, I recently got a bonus of 1 cr based on heavy profits for company. This is not a capital gain as it is given out as a bonus. Company has already paid my 35% TDS (35L). Is there any investment strategy such that I invest my remaing 65L to claim refund on TDS? I have no issue in locking up the entire amount for 3-5 years.

Any help would be hugely appreciated. I am willing to hire a CA provided a commitment that there is a way out.
