Dear Saroj, there is no other basic limit prescribed for gays. Normal tax rates would be applicable
(In case if person is not senior citizen or women)
Rs. 160001 to Rs. 300000 10%
Rs. 300001 to Rs. 800000 20%
Rs. 800001 above 30%

in case the person not a woman or senior citizen than individual tax rates applicable.
homoxxx womans are elgible for woman criteria
homoxxxx mens are elgible for individual criteria
If they are not a men or woman than apply individual criteria as 1,60,000 to 3,00,000 - 10% just like..

Gays are guys so the exemption limit is as appliacble for men.
Lesbians are girls so the exemption limit is as applicable for women.
both gays and lesbians are homos*xualities.
I dont think government of india is provding basic exemption on basis on s*xuality but on basis of gender, better know the difference between gays, lesbians and transgenders.
if you are transgender then gender may be as female as the exemption is on higher side.
better stop asking such an stupid question, i guess your doing it for sake of time pass.

Income tax act doesn't specify these classes so it'll cover under individuals if they don't come under Woman or Senior citizen then Normal slab of an Individual apply on them.
