Stamp duty for 2nd house which is a resale property, ready possession paid in Feb 2018, can 1.5 lac be claimed for tax deduction under section 80c for Stamp duty charges paid?
Pre-emi of 37000 Rs for March 2018 paid for above property loan, can it be claimed for tax deduction under section 24??
1. Deduction of Rs. 1.50 lakhs for stamp duty paid will be allowed under section 80C.
2. Interest paid on loan taken will be allowed under section 24b both pre and post acquisiton
