NO...WHY SHOULD IT BE EXTENDED??
THERE IS NO REASON ... IN THE ENVIREONMENT OF COMPUTERS AND I.T. YOUR ACCOUNTS GETS COMPLETED IN APRIL ITSELF...THEN YOU HAVE TIME OF 7 MONTHS FROM 31/03/2017 WHICH IS MORE MORE THEN ENOUGH.
THE DATE FOR GSTR-2 AND TRANS-1 HAS TO BE EXTENED....I AGREE WITH THAT.

1.GST Crazy Due Dates coupled with the way GST website working.
2.Absence of major chunk of articles for exams.
3.Continuous Government Holidays for 2-3 weekends
4.Bank Holidays resulting in delays of payment of taxes and other transactions.
Due to pressure of Tax Audit, corporate filings, GST & e-TDS deadlines, I am able to jot out the above.
Thanks..

i agree with ur opinion dude. but some one somewhere else busy or casualy can have a problem with their accounts or any personal problems.
so it can be acceptable. there is another reason tax audit date should not be changed but it has been done by income tax dept. why? as per your suggetion gstr all return date should be extended. why tax audit date changed to oct 31st 2017 instead of sep 30th 2017.

Yes it should be extended because of GSTR-2 filing date was 31.10.2017. So we can't concentrate on TAX Audit work.
