there are no supporting needed. Just quote your PAN no in form 49B & apply for apropriate assessee.

thanks i m going to start new business and want to deduct tax. i have not paid any tax yet. am i eligible to collect tax ???? please help.

When you are doing business & enter in a transaction for which you are liable to deduct tax at source, you shall deduct TDS.
Not necessary that you have paid any tax or not. But yes, if you deduct any tax than you shall pay the same in treasury in stipulated time limit. Also you need to file TDS return timely too.
