tally 7.2 access violation

in tally 7.2 a party i will creat his ledger is tds applicable yes. and also tds on agency charges type of duty tds and nature of payment sub contract . and than statement of account tds outstanding  tds computations the balance are seen . but when we are open his ledger there was seen software exception c 0000005 (memory access violation )
