SYSTEM FAILURE ERROR IN GST TRAN 1 FORM

Hi All

I am facing system failure error while filing tran 1 form as a result i am not able to file my gstr 3b return too for the month of August as we need to file tran 1 form before filing gstr 3b.

Please provide help on this.

while filing GSTR 3B I am getting an error ` you have submitted Tran 1, you need to file tran 1 before filing GSTR 3B`

Are You submitted...?

Then, Why you can't File...

Just you file it. Then go to GSTR 3B...

Its error from GSTN side , I am also facing same problem & I have booked so many complaints with GSTN but they are also not able to help. Please wait..

Hello,

I am also facing the same error. I am trying to file GSTR 3B for Aug 2017 it says "You have SUBMITTED TRAN-1 form but have not FILED it. You are requested to FILE the same before submitting this return."

but my TRANS1 FORM is already submitted. and the same which i try to file it the error says as " Please submit before filling for GSTIN:**************"

Complained at the GST helpdesk, no reply yet. So kindly update if the issue is solved or any reply from GST helpdesk.

Dear Mr. Jeetu, Please wait its technical error from GSTN end. I am also facing same issue regarding this error GSTN helpline is also not able to help. I have booked so many complaints with GSTN helpline no but till now nothing happen .

if u have DSC of the Client then u can use dsc, if u are not have dsc then change primary authorised signatory, then file TRAN1 with other primary authorised signatory. in case there is only one auth. signatory then add one more authorised signatory and make him primary authorised signatory then file TRAN 1 with the same.

We are getting same error while filing Tran-1 through DSC " please submit before filling for GSTIN***our Gst no***. We sent many e mails to help desk but no reply. We contacted several times help desk they are asking SR no. But we didn't received SR. No from help desk. If anybody knows solution for this please post

Senthil you can try the way amit is saying by adding another authorized representative and making him primary authorised signatory. However I didn't tried this way out but I had a word with amit that this method is working.

I'm unable to file even with DSC with regards to the same error.

I am also facing the same issue for my 30 clients. I tried all possible ways but still I am unable to solve. Please share immediately any improvement.
