Suggestion required

i failed in the nov ipcc exams.i attempted 2 groups in nov..my scores are

acc(gr-1)  49                    acc(gr-2)     38

costing     50                    auditing       53

law            36                    infotech       32

tax             50  

i need a suggestion whether i should go for 1st gr in may exams or attempt both groups..as per my ability i could complete 2nd group within 20 days.if i attempt only 1st group another  6 months will be wasted.i was totally confused in this situation..pl help me to overcome this...
