Hello,please tell me that stock transfer from one branch to another is to be considered as sale for tranferring office if both are in same city. If it is sale than different return are required or not?

If it is in same state, it is considered as stock transfer not sale.
if branch is separately registered then it is sale whatever maybe the case , whether in same city or not ,that would be treated as Deemed distinct n covered by GST
