Is it possible for a Private Limited Company, accounts of which are not audited for last three years i.e from its incorporation to get the accounts audited now for all three years including current A.Y.

For Audit turnover is the criteria so if fulfilled than Audit is compulsory.....So check out for that and do the Audit and give the explaination of reason of not able to do audit.
