If we have the calibre to be in the top 50 or around that; under current manipulations also we wont flunk the exam. The problem is only to borderline students ie average students who would have passed in other regimes(ved jain, talati) who will suffer the most. By average; i don't mean poor students. I meant they are not in the league of rankers; but they falter only in their exams in a subject or two; but they get minimum 40 in the subject gone wrong; and at least clear the exams.

If you had studied well and written the exam well...

No one can deduct the mark of you...Here is no moderation scheme....

Now the competition is increased and large number of coaching classes for imparting the knewledge of the student....Winners will not do a different think but they will do things differently...If you adotiong the same notes of coaching institute and same pattern ...The most students presentation will be common...But you studied the subject and understood the concept and documented the concept in a note and revised the concept and presented the concept in your way..the success will be yours...Else believe all such Bhakwas

Marks are deducted as per the guideline of CA Act 1948.......

ca act is passed in 1949

Institute can reduce marks as per Ca regulations act 1988section 39(20 it is read as follows " the council may in its discretionrevise the marks obtained by all candidates in any particular paper or papers or in the aggregate in such a manner as may consider necessary, for maintaining the standards of pass percentage as provided in these regulations" so it may be posible to reduce the marks

hey guys.. dont worry nd try to avoid such type of critics... it will not make any benefit to u.. just suppose ICAI used to do such type of things... than there will also be ur fault that u had made an attempt for 50 or 60 marks.. if u go for 75 to 80 marks than there is no way to get fail even there is deduction of 20 or such..

I think it's a strategy of UPA to bring down the results of CA students...

He is taking a revenge as he himself took a number of attempts to pass his CA exams......

Is it fair????

Comments are invited!!!!!!

The Standared deduction is correct to the my belief.... and about our voice... against whome we are going to rise, and to whome. they are our boss. IN AN UNFAIR COMPETITION NEW FIRMS ARE FUTURE COMPITITOR OF BIG FIRMS AND IN THIS SITUATION IF BIG FIRMS HAS ANY CONTROL OVER SMALL FIRMS THEY WILL USE IT TO THE FULLEST INSTALLED CAPACITY.

we have to raise voice against inst. that s d best solution

Raising Voice against ICAI is not that easy.... Institute has granted u to ask but not to answer... U r suppose to advice but not order..... All the responsiblities can be held by a student but no authority is granted.....

all the things r rumour or truth...no one can say with evidence...also we cant check it out because of we dnt hav any authority as told by Dheeraj...

So better to stop thiking over wat we dnt hav control...and enjoy ur life and results...
