hello,

whether it is essential for making stamp duty in case of an agreement to be entered into between two companies of different countries?

any agreement is executed on only stamp paper. so that require for agreement ..

dear sir,

which law shall be applicable.

whether the stamps act of indiais sufficient to calculate the stamp duty or that of the other nation.

if that agreement executed in india than indian law. otherwise that country law..
