Sir I have already submitted gate3b . it is only submitted and not filed . before filing 3b should I deposit rs 15000/- . can it be refundable later on

No refund not possible in gst it is reflected in cash ledger you can utilize your balance in next tax period. Cash ledger is a pocket money of every tax payer. If you can any axcess paid dont worry it will be utilize in next tax period onwards.

yes you can correct it GSTR-1 in september 2017 filing for July 2017
