Should i go to media against ICAI ..

Its really bad wid u dude.. There is no system against this issue in ICAI..

If u go to media, then it will be problem wid u in future.. coz ICAI will surely mark ur registration number n will take action against u n results.. n nobody will know..

suggest u to talk to some other CA who is near n close to ur principal CA.. n ask him to console ur principal..  or there is another way, that u talk to ur ICAI Branch President on this matter who can talk to both side... to ur principal CA n also to the ICAI.. I think ur prob will be soon solved through branch president...

 No need to opt for media fri. Wen u do so, ICAI can easily hide tis issue, make ur carrier in trouble more tan nw. Best option is to talk wit ur principal. U hav brought ur prob in earlier forum too, and most of them suggested was,  to talk wit ur principal.

I can understand ur situation fri, its tough for u to talk wit him, as he can avoid u more tan earlier, as he is the deciding factor. Talk wit ur principal thro someone he wil hear. Even after all ur efforts u r neglected, take tis issue to law. All the best

Boss there are so many students are facing thats type of problem. Now it is neceesary to take action againts those CAs who taking worng benifit of new rule of ICAI.
