Dear All,
Is it Mandatory to share the profit and losses to all the partners of firm.
Ex : in a Firm there are 4 partners.. Among these sharing profits will among 2 only.. Rest two partners not having profit sharing.

it depends upon the mutual understanding if all the partners while drafting the p'ship deed.
