Hi, i have recently resigned from the directorship of a private limited company. I was not involved in any of the accounts making etc etc. I want to know what is the best way for me to deal with the shares. I am told if I do a share sale I will be completely clear of any liabilities that may arise in the future. Pls advise if share sale or share transfer is better. Regards md

Share transfer or selling both are simillar transaction wherein share transfer deed need to be executed and delivered to the Company along with original share certificates for transfer / sale of shares in favour of purchaser of the shares.
