Dear All,

One of my clients wants to get registered under ST rules regarding the same i have the following queries.

1. Whether the Premises in which the Proprietor is living can be registered.

2. The Proprietor wants to get registered as a propreitor under the Firms name " Indians travels" now while filling ST1 wat name is to be registered the name of the propreitor or firms name???

1. Premises where business is carried on should be registered, it may be place where service provider residing or somewhere else, 2. If you want to register with firm name, then you can. You can registered with name INDIAN TRAVEL

Hi In my opinion, Yes you can register in the name of the FIRM. secondly on the question of premises, you could register with usual place of business, in case it is more than one, include that as well and have a centralised billing address.
