I want to know that If i provide a permanent residential address in Service TAx Registration and provide services from a temporary rental premises, then could i do so with respect to service tax laws.

No. Legally not allowed. Practically yes, no one going to check it untill someone complaint against you

Thanks for replying Sir,
Some CA are saying that one can do so that Registiring the permanent residential address while providing services from a non registered rental premises. But some are against it . That's why I am asking that What are the provisions in Service Tax law in this regard.
