Hello Friends,
I want to know that if I provide a permanent residential address in Service tax Registration. But provide services from a temporary rental premises then can i do so with respect to service tax laws.

Legally incorrect, but practically not possible for deptt. to trace it whether u have provided service from the registered premises or from somewhere else. Oh yes, deptt. Can tske action if somebody complained against you.
