I am working in CHA and we are rising invoice with cmc charges and challan also provide.
That cmc challan showing service tax also. But the commissioner telling we have to pay service on cmc charges.
but i forget the Notification pls give notification immediately.

you have to take input credit of service tax paid on cmc charges and charge service tax in your bills,
or
pass the cmc bills direct to party without billing at your end.
