inward remittence is subject to GST, as commission, but a threshold limit of exemption is available of 20 Lacs per PAN indentity

Service provided by way of imparting education directly by an enterprise, recognised by indian law are exempt under negative list of service tax . in your it shall be taxable

We send students to those universities and in a way it is business support to the university. What do you think the probability that we are exempted from paying Service Tax?
