Yes, the credit will be allowed if the same is used for business of the assessee.

Hey, Input credit on Service Tax paid on all those input services that are used in providing the output service can be claimed.

Yes, CENVAT Credit can be claimed, Electricity is an goods and no excise and service tax applicable on the same.
Legal Services are under Reverse charge, however same can be used against management consultancy services.
In case not able to utilise, refund can be claimed under rule 5B of CENVAT Credit Rules. However, no notification yet notified.
