Hi ! Saurabh
You post is not suitable for CA student,There are so many jobs in the market(scale 100000-25000) for semi qualified CA who has completed Articleship with experience about Tax Audit ,Internal Audit ,TDS return file. & more.
If u r not getting Job,then there may be your any fault in your knowledge not all the CA proffessionals.Only dummy students are not getting job in the market.
Another reason you r not getting job may be "You have completed your Articleship without learning something related to CA." In Our CA firm CA final students getting 22000 PM salary currently appointed, also they handle all the works of company indepandently.
Thanks With Regards

I belive saurabh is right. I am also facing the same problem. Get rejected in HR round just becoz i am semiqualified CA .
And Santosh u r no one to judge anybody qulification and experience. If a person is semiqualified then obivously hold more knowledge then commerce graduate/PG /MBA

thanks to all guys but i just shared wht i personaly feel after mine articleship and as far as candidate fault is concern nov 2011 guys i found for the same job i applied some of thm were both grp
I have no SHAME TO ADMIT
.MARKET CONDITIONS ARE CHANGING
NO OF CA HAS BEEN INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLy In LAST 3 yrs
There is a slack in industry
Situation is geting wrost because of the Dummy and MBA WHO claim to more knowlwdgeble thn a semiqualified ca even if there college is corespondencr or not reliable
Anyways thanks to all as i am strugling since 4 yrs i have mine plan B with CA Which anyone shoul have otherwise be ready once you may also FEEL LIKE ME

First of all i want to specify that in practical world focus is on skills rather than a degree except for the entry,if u hav a talent then not to wry for the future..just wait for the opportunity..hav a grt career.

Mr.Saurabh...my sincere advise is dont think about salary in the initial stage of your career and you can humbly work for rs.5000 if the knowledge that you are gaining is more helpful in your future. If you go to C.A Chapter office, there you will find vacancies for audit assistants. Go ahead and wish u will achieve great heights in your career.

Dude first of all brush up your CV. I am too a semiqualified but got calls from CA firms and companies and got offers ranging from 10k to 20kBut the main problem is that they dont revert back after they hear that I have attempted May 12. The reason being that after result when I pass,I will either demand higher salary or I will leave the company. On the other hand if I fail, I will take leave to study for the exams,so they recruit a person who has acquired "semi-qualified" status on a permanent basis i.e. he is not attempting exams.

Hi Saurabh! I do agree on your views but not fully..... We CA Final guys who are waiting for the results will not be prefferd by companies jus bcoz o 3 main reasons..
> Lack of Good Articleship Experience!
> Quiting the Job after passing CA Final exams for a better package!
> Asking study leaves for the next attempt if results are negative!
So, the only option left for us is to approach a good CA Firm who pays a reasonable salary.
Yes and i feel, that will be a safer option!
